Therapy provides a confidential and supportive space in which you can explore difficulties, gain greater self-understanding, develop new perspectives, and work towards meaningful change.

I view therapy as a collaborative process. While many people begin therapy because they are experiencing distress, I believe you are more than the problems that bring you to therapy. Alongside exploring difficulties, we will also pay attention to your strengths, values, resilience, and potential for growth.

My aim is to offer a professional, compassionate, and respectful environment in which you can explore your experiences at your own pace.

MY APPROACH

I work integratively, drawing upon counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, and hypnotherapy where appropriate. My work is informed by psychodynamic understanding, attachment theory, relational approaches, personal development, and an interest in meaning, purpose, and self-discovery. Together we may explore:

  • Current difficulties and life challenges
  • Relationships and attachment patterns
  • Emotional wellbeing
  • Past experiences and their present impact
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Life direction and purpose
  • Personal strengths and resilience
  • Spiritual or existential questions, where relevant and desired

Therapy is always collaborative. You remain free to decide what feels useful and relevant to explore.
